NYC Pastors

We are thrilled to announce our team of NYC Host Pastors! This NYC, we have decided to take a collaborative team approach, and we are so excited to have these incredible leaders join us next summer! Keep reading to get know each of our pastors a little better!


Antonio “Tone” Marshall is the newly appointed Chaplain at Olivet Nazarene University. He earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Olivet as well as played collegiate basketball as an undergraduate. His passion for youth sports led to the start of his nonprofit organization – MANonFIRE. Antonio uses his experiences to help the next generation find freedom in Christ. He previously served as Families Pastor at Grand Rapids International Fellowship – Church of the Nazarene.

Stephanie Lobdell is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene who has served abroad, in the local church, and now as a Campus Pastor at MVNU. She is a graduate of MidAmerica Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary, and is currently pursuing doctoral studies. Stephanie is passionate about God’s people coming to know and love God more deeply by engaging in God’s Story.  Stephanie lives in Ohio with her husband Tommy and their two children, JoJo and Jack.

Shane Lima is the Lead Pastor of Ambassadors Church of the Nazarene in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. As a fourth generation Nazarene pastor, Shane is passionate about connecting all people to the freedom and hope that come with having a personal relationship with Jesus. He completed a BA in Journalism from the University of Rhode Island and an MA in Theology from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Shane was ordained as an Elder in the Church of the Nazarene in June of 2021. He and his wife Alynne have been married for 7 years, and together have one son, Christian James. They enjoy coffee at all hours, Target at all hours, Korean fried chicken, and sharing meals with family and friends.

Brady Braatz serves as the MidAmerica Nazarene University Chaplain and has been a part of the Spiritual Life Office since 2003. As an alumni of MNU in 2001, he also earned a Masters of Divinity from Nazarene Theological Seminary in 2008, and a Doctorate of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary in 2017. In addition to overseeing the spiritual formation activities of MNU, Brady is married to his wife Kreisa (MNU alumni from 2001) and together they have three kids.
